Residents celebrated World Art Day with a relaxing and inspiring creative session. The activity began with the soothing sounds of classical music by Beethoven, Mozart, and Chopin, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
Residents explored a selection of art books featuring famous masterpieces from some of the world’s most renowned galleries before expressing their own creativity through painting. Everyone was encouraged to choose colours that reflected their individual mood, with many selecting bright, vibrant shades that reflected the positive and cheerful atmosphere.
Throughout the session, residents enjoyed sharing their thoughts about art. While one resident commented that they had always found art a little boring, others highlighted that art is much more than paintings, inspiring conversations about fashion, music, and the many different ways creativity can be expressed. It was a wonderful opportunity for residents to relax, be creative, and enjoy meaningful conversation together.
