March saw the blooming of flowers in our garden at Amber Court. We had Daffodils, Narcisse’s and Tulips come through. We were also extremely lucky to have a Tulipa Biflora (Double headed Tulip) flower, it is very rare for this flower to have three heads. Ours had SIX! Flowers weren’t just growing outside though, we also started our 2021 Sunflower Competition. By September time we should have a winner and sunflowers in our garden.March was also a busy month for our staff with face to face training gin First Aid and medication. We are looking forward to the summer months and our reintroduction to our twice weekly walking club around the Olympic park.  Over at Violet Court the residents have also been using the garden spaces planting flowers to make the garden ready for summer. The garden is important to so many at Violet Court especially with restrictions in place.
