Whitley Court
Whitley Court have postponed all activities in the main communal areas due to the recent Government Guidelines relating to coronavirus.
We have been busy supporting service users who are continuing to self-isolate with their shopping, whilst ensuring we also support them to contact their family and friends. Staff at Whitley Court have spent time with Service Users to discuss any concerns they may have, play board games, make cards and supported them to take part in Christmas events. Food parcels were arranged for some service users.
Christmas Jumper day was a success were both staff and Service Users took part.
Mince pies and hot chocolate were delivered to all service users and staff by the office team
Christmas quiz was given to all service users.
Christmas songs were sung by the care team to the service users.
Social distancing was in place during the above events.
I would like to thank all the staff who worked over the festive period and who made that difference to service users who spent Christmas alone.
