During the month of October, our wonderful staff puled together to raise funds for Dementia UK. Some of our schemes did a mini walk with their residents and some of our wonderful staff got together to walk 17 MILES! Starting in Barking and Dagenham and finishing in Harold Hill. They set off at 10:30 am and finished around 6:30pm! All their hard work and dedication and of course all the wonderful support from friends, family, residents and everyone who donated, has allowed us to raise a total of £3963!!!
Not only do we want to say a massive WELL DONE to all our wonderful staff and residents who took part in the activities but a massive THANK YOU to all the people who donated, cooked food, helped to organise and help raise funds for an extremely good cause. We even got an extra special visit from Minni Mouse!
