May has been a busy month at Both Amber Court and Violet Court.
This month at Amber Court we haven’t let the May rain stop us from doing our activities. We have been playing games, making our own ice cream and sherbet as well as doing weekly chair stretches. With the weather due to improve we are looking forward to being able to utilise the local community further. Our walking club has restarted and Residents are able to come alone or with a Care Worker.
Violet Court has seen their communal areas re-open and the residents enjoy their time together in the TV Lounge and with the nicer weather starting to come in the Garden is being tended to by residents.
Across both schemes we saw the reintroduction to our staff meetings in a social distanced space. This allowed the team to discuss topics relevant in their schemes.
