One of our carers in our Thurrock Scheme organsied a 2 day photography creative event to celebrate and showcase the residents unique talents, hobbies and personalities through professional photography.
The exhibition will feature residents engaging in their favorite activities, whether knitting, painting, coloring, or other personal pastimes. The captured moments have been printed and displayed on the premises, allowing family, staff, and visitors to appreciate the individuality and creativity of each resident. Some of the residents have already expressed their willingness to participate and attend this event again.
The event has brought joy, a sense of pride, and community spirit to everyone involved.
Residents had the chance to purchase their pictures and all donations were made for Parkinson. In total, £113 was raised.
